Your First Visit
When you come for your first appointment with us, you’ll be warmly greeted as you walk through the door. As you check in, we’ll gather your insurance information and have you fill out new patient forms. Then, we’ll call you back and have you sit in a comfortable chair. Our team members will likely then take X-rays of your teeth and perform a thorough cleaning. Then, Dr. Nick Smith will come and talk with you for a bit, getting to know you, your oral needs, and your smile goals. He will evaluate your mouth, including each tooth and your gums, and your X-rays to ensure that you’re in good health. If he finds something wrong, he’ll explain the problem and your options for treatment. We’ll schedule another appointment for resolving the issue. Then you’ll check out and pay for whatever costs that your dental insurance doesn’t cover.

Want to save time and spend less of it waiting in our office? You can fill out your new patients forms at your convenience before you arrive so that you are ready for your appointment immediately. Whether you’re at home or at work, these forms are available for you to complete, helping to make your visit with us go as smoothly as possible.
Dental Insurance
Getting outstanding dental services shouldn’t cost you an exorbitant amount of money. At Moses Lake Family Dentistry, we are proud to accept most dental insurance in order to help you save, especially on critical preventive services. We are in-network with Delta Dental, which gives you more savings, but we can still file claims for most other insurance plans as well, sparing you headaches and larger expenses in the long run.

For many procedures, the cost of dental services can be overwhelming if you try to handle it all in one payment. To make treatment affordable for your budget, we can help arrange to break up this cost into monthly installments through CareCredit, a trusted financing company. In some cases, we may also be able to work with you in-house for financing arrangements. All you have to do is talk with our knowledgeable team! We’ll help you find the solution that best meets your needs.
