We strive to go above and beyond the norm, so we’re providing the helpful information below that you can use to prepare for your appointment. Your First Visit

When you come for your first appointment with us, you’ll be warmly greeted as you walk through the door. As you check in, we’ll gather your insurance information and have you fill out new patient forms. Then, we’ll call you back and have you sit in a comfortable chair. Our team members will likely then take X-rays of your teeth and perform a thorough cleaning. Then, Dr. Nick Smith will come and talk with you for a bit, getting to know you, your oral needs, and your smile goals. He will evaluate your mouth, including each tooth and your gums, and your X-rays to ensure that you’re in good health. If he finds something wrong, he’ll explain the problem and your options for treatment. We’ll schedule another appointment for resolving the issue. Then you’ll check out and pay for whatever costs that your dental insurance doesn’t cover.
